By accessing or using Velur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of Velur constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Velur is a voice-based AI companion that remembers your conversations and provides a personalised experience. The service is designed for personal use and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Velur. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You agree not to use Velur for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Velur offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content, design, and technology that powers Velur is owned by Velur or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you share through the service. By using Velur, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
Velur is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Velur is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or medical professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velur and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Velur at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Velur after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
