Your voice audio is processed in real-time to enable conversations. We do not store voice recordings after the session ends. Audio is streamed, transcribed, and discarded — it is never used for training or shared with third parties.
Velur stores memories — facts, preferences, and context you share during conversations — to provide a continuous, personalised experience. Memories are tied to your account and are not shared with other users. You can view and delete your memories at any time from your settings.
We use trusted third-party services for infrastructure, payment processing, and authentication. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising purposes.
We retain your account data and memories for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including memories — is permanently removed within 30 days. Voice audio is never retained beyond a single session.
